What could be the main cause of ads rarely changing from a specific set, we had ads on our site http://www.teenforumz.com but removed them due to this. We would get BUPA ads on a teen forum which is just odd as teens arent planning on getting life insurance any time soon. Any ideas as to why they wouldnt change and when they would the ads would be BUPA ads or Indian dating ads when we are primarily wanting to target UK and USA teenagers. Any help will be appreciated. These are Google Adsense Ads by the way. Thank you.
Your forum covers too many general topics i.e celebrity, fashion, health, relationships and so on. I can see how the Google bot would have trouble with the domain URL "Teen Forumz" as well. Forums do tend to get quite strange ads from my experience anyway, you could probably improve things by adding keywords across every page i.e Teenagers, Teenage Chatrooms etc. That's just of the top of my head though, it would always be better to do some research on the Google Adwords Tool. Nice forum anyway. Keep it goin.
The adsense ads that get displayed depend on the originating IP of the visitor/browser. If you use different originating IP then you will see different ads that are geo-targeted. To change the subject of the ads, you can specify the ad hints.
