ads have been taken out of the rotation

I received the e-mail that my ad's have been taken out of rotation. My ad's were never in rotation. I have a site that I placed the code in receiving over 500 unique visitors a day for two days. What was my return? 0, nada, nothing.

    ????

To return to topic, did the email indicate WHY your ads were taken out of rotation? Did you perchance remove the code after two days?

Perhaps, but you might at least give the guy a chance to respond before jumping to conclusions...

during a revalidation process of your site, co-op ad network ads were not found on the following page...

This is a generic mail....instant gratification. Yes, when I have a site getting over 500 uniques a day I expect that the exposure I offer to other advertisers is reciprocated. This is a new system to me, two days was long enough to test wether the system works. It didn't.

Okay, clearly I was wrong, clickhandbags. You are an idiot.

The whole concept is based on the idea that you display other ads in the Coop in return for having your ads displayed. After two days you removed the code to display those ads so your ads were withdrawn. What's so hard to understand about that? Were you expecting that your ads would continue to be a part of the Coop pool even though you opted out?

Minstrel you can be so brutal sometimes.

This person obviously doesn't understand how it works. Maybe they will read more before responding or complaining.

    I suppose you're right, debunked.

My apologies, clickhandbags. But you really should read about the requirements of a program before complaining when you get dumped for noncompliance.

Ads need to be running on all pages of your domain in order for it to validate. Were you trying to just run them on your main page? In any case, two days isn't enough time to test much of anything, in order to be serious about testing it, you would need to give it a bit more time.

I'm out of this program. But just a word of advice, if you have other webmasters signing up and visiting this forum you probably wan't to be a little more welcoming. The more sign up's the more exposure you get, right?

Your right, I am an idiot for thinking I'd get any kind of support in this forum. Fryman, 500 uniques was with one website. I have over 50 sites. I'm saying that if you have a site with 500 uniques and you are reciprocating on all pages, then yes two days should be long enough to test any new system.

    Anyway, thanks for nothing.

I'm sorry it wasn't for you. There is a wonderful FAQ on the Coop that one of the members has put together and that might have answered a lot of your questions. The truth is if you come into this with an aggressive demeanor than you usually get the type of responses you did.

You complained about grammer in the third post rather than clarifying your question. This is a COOP and much of the support is provided by its members. Which means you have to help us to help you.

PS. The network is growing exponentially so although I hear your advice, it is unlikely there will be any dropoff in sugnups

    Sheesh.

    1. you obviously didn't read enough about the coop to learn how it works before signing up
    2. you didn't give it enough time for a fair test
    3. you removed the ads on your end after only two days
    4. you then came here to complain that you'd received an email saying that your ads would no longer being displayed
    5. you were aggressive in your entry into this thread and in subsequent replies

I initially defended with a plea to give you a chance to provide more information. After you posted more information, I was admittedly less tolerant. Then, when debunked pointed out that you were probably just poorly informed and maybe a bit naive, I aplologized for my critical comments. Now you would have us believe that you own over 50 sites, which one would think would rule out naivete.

Please consider my apology retracted. Flame me if you like, people, but if it walks like an idiot and talks like an idiot, it probably is an idiot.

Does a pregnancy test take 2 day? :(
