Ads from different publishers.

I have a proxy website located at http://ip-proxy.co.cc
On the main page I have adsense. I get hosting from another user here on DP and he wants to have one of his ads on the main page (along with my adsense ads). The ads he wants look like this:

My Question is: Would I brake Adsense TOS if I place his ad together with my adsense ads?

It is hosted on imageshack and I can access it really is (make sure you don't mistake it for the ads on the page because I only posted how the ad looks)

 

This ads contain adware.

You can put other ads with adsense as long as the other ads do not look similar to adsense ads.
