Ads for Proxy Websites

What is the best ads I can put on proxified pages?

Very few have had luck with getting clicks on proxified pages.

A cpm based ad will probably be the best. Also try Adversal for pop-unders.

I might not do it on a new proxy but once you've got the traffic you shouldn't notice much of a negative effect

If you use adversal you can set it to do just one and not on entry so it will only load one when they browse to the next page.
This is a good way of doing it.

nope -it means you would make $5-10 a day - if you had 90K uniques a day then that would be a different story.

I don't think you need one, but I am sure no one will mind if you take one off another site.
I don't see too many proxies with these disclaimers though.
