dude, you don't have to have any tax id or social security number to get paid by Adsense. I'm living in Malaysia, and I'm using Adsense. There are thousands other Asian user with no tax id or SSN but they're getting paid from G.Adsense
You pay tax to your country if you are honest enought. Maybe you could also try some asian dating sites, maybe indianfriendfinder.com or asiafriendfinder.com could work for you. Bouth pays per free sign-up. I use couple of there web sites like passion.com (see my signature).
