    Yeah, got their last payment in November 2013, but I don't promote them any more because I was hardly making a profit. I don't have an adult site of my own so I simply used PPC ads and they worked for a while :)

    I've used Juicy, Ero and Popads, plus a HUGE number of CPAs.

    Juicy is fine, though the pay sucks until you can sell your space (1c per click-through).
    Ero has insultingly low pay rates because 99% of their advertisers buy RON CPM.
    Popads are absolutely brilliant, IMHO - I've made hundreds of dollars through them ($345 to date - I just checked), their system is easy (and has pass-throughs) and the support people are really funny and helpful.

    The CPAs are all very pretty and look impressive, but the simple fact is that very few people pay for porn these days. CTR may be reasonable, but conversion rates are tiny unless you're in very specific niches or just happen to have visitors with more money than sense.

    On average, I ended up with about 1:1000 signup rate. Even with a 2-3% CTR, that means 1 in every 30-50,000 unique visitors would make me some (very nice) money... that's a lot of visitors. If the CPA ad sucks and you get a 0.1% CTR, you need a million UVs before you earn.

    If you want a good CPA provider (rather than going direct to each end client), I'd go for Crakrevenue: they're competent, have good ads and their support doesn't suck.

    I forgot that CPALead has now also adult offers and Adult content locker... so you can use that for adult content... They had it some years ago on different domain and now its back but directly at cpalead.
