Ads don't line up in firefox, but do in IE. Will i be in trouble?

    After placing ads on my page, things looked great in internet explorer, but ads overlapped my content in firefox.

    It blows my mind that even though google promotes firefox, it would be the microsoft browser that works better!

    My question is..... am i breaking with the TOS if the ads overlap in 1 browser and not the other?
