Ads doesn't displaying always and some ads showing in the wrong place.

Hi now i'm using TLV Media ads in may site- (free720pmovie.blogspot.com) . But sometime some ads doesn't display in my site. There is also a big problem. That is one of TLV Media ads (not a exact one) always appears in the bottom of my page (look on the imege) but i didn't placed it there. How can i solve those problem? Please tell me.
