Hello, I sent Google AdSense support more than 10 letters and every time the computer answers me the same answer and it doesn't help.

Few days ago, I purchased a new domain and the ads doesn't appear, i wrote the problem to the Google AdSense support and explained that the domain is under a new ownership.

The answer i get every time is "According to our records, ad serving was disabled to your site because the site was in violation of AdSense program policies.

We sent you a notification about this, but if you don't recall receiving it, please try the following steps..."

I followed the steps even that the problems with the domain in the past are not related to me and i get the same answer!!!

What can i do? I've explained the problem wherever possible.

    Can anybody help?

    THANKS!

    The steps are:
"1. Check the inbox of each email address associated with your account.
    2. Try searching your inbox for emails from "adsense-noreply@google.com"
    or "adsense-support@google.com".
    3. Check your email account's spam filter to make sure the email wasn't
    mistakenly flagged as spam."

Again, this is not relevant for me because this is a new domain.

Yes it's not relevant, your best bet would be to write your message on the official adsense support forums, maybe someone from google will want to help you out.
