Hello my gurus! Yesterday we updated the engine of one of our sites. On the old site there were 1x AdSense content ad and 1x AdSense link block ad. On the new site we used 3x AdSense content ads and 1x link ad, together with 4 ads from another ad network. Since this very moment as we replaced the engines (everything happened within seconds and very smooth for visitors) all adsense units dissapeared (showing blank spaces). In the setting of all ads we setted to show just white backgroud if the are no ads to display, instead of public service ads. I know that it can take some time until their mediabot crawler comes to see the new page, but it's now for two days like that. Is there any way to contact Google on that problem? I could find a proper reqest form or email. Thank you!
Here is a small update. I just checked the Google Webmaster Tools on that website and there is one error with the sitemap. It says: "Missing XML tag, Tag: mobile". Obviously it thinks that this is a mobile site, what's not the case. Maybe it affects ads too?
