ADS-Click - violation of Google TOS?

Has anyone tried out ADS-Click (http://www.ads-click.com/) out yet? I'm interested in testing out but i'm a bit unsure if Google will throw a TOS violation fit if Adsense is on my site with it. But then again, somehow WidgetBucks is allowed....

ads-click.com use abcsearch.com to make money and we just make money from 25% of their origional earning ... I have about 8000 Impression aday but Since I'm joining ads-click.com till now (3 month) I didnt' earn even 2 buck ... If you want to see the report of mine, I'm happy to show it here ... it's suck

if you want to make money from it, instead using abcsearch.com

I got banned from Adsense two weeks ago after several years and millions of impressions with the program (not to mention my CTR was under 1%). I got banned just before my biggest Adsense check was due. So, after the depression subsided, I found Ads-Click and Kontera and the honest truth is I'm making more than double the money with Ads-Click and Kontera than I ever did with Adsense.

As far as Adsense, I got an email today that they were re-instating my account because they derived the "invalid clicks" were not of my doing, but why on earth would I trust Google Adsense again after all the trouble they caused me removing the code from 60+ sites and replacing it with alternatives.

I'm sticking with my best program, CJ, Ads-Clicks, and Kontera. Getting banned by Adsense was a blessing in disguise (after I got over the depression), so I'll stick with the companies who value publishers.

For anybody interested, you can read my opinions of Ads-Click :Ads-Click Publisher an Alternative to Google Adsense

As far as Ads-Click violating Adsene TOS, I'm using the "tag clouds" (visit the link about and see how cool they are), and it's not contextual. Google is only worried about competition in "contextual ads". I'm not a Google employee so I can't honestly say I'm 100% certain, but assumng the obvious, I don't see a conflict of interest in using both programs on a site.

Of course, another posibility is to code into your website script and "either or" clause where when a page loads it displays one or the other ad system. If anybody needs help accomplishing this, I'm a programmer for hire if you need me to bring you into full compliance. Feel free to PM me with serious inquiries.

I think ads-click is also a great program. Especially since you get to choose your keywords and your cpc. Some keywords you can pick, the cpc are as high as $1.25. It's a great adsense alternative. However, I use it with adsense so I use the tag clouds instead of the contextual ads....to be on the safe side with adsense.

I was banned from Adsense too, right before a very large Adsense check was to be sent out. Strange. They said that I violated the program and was clicking on the ads myself. There would be no reason why I would do that, I have plenty of traffic.

I wonder if this happens a lot with Adsense? It read about this all the time, so it must and it always seems to happen right before a large payout. Again, Strange.

I believe it has up to $1.25 per click.
You choose the keywords, which display their cpc.
If you have a travel, vacation, city site, then ads-click would be great for your site as those are all $0.50+ per click.

I've been doing pretty good with Ads-Click so far. Google re-instated my Adsense account (minus my earnings for October) so now I'm only using Google for 10% of my ad stock. Ads-Click is still pretty new but the earnings (for me) have been better than Bidvertiser or Adbrite.

In response to the original question from the topic starter, I don't think Ads-Click will violate Google's TOS because Ads-click isn't truly contectual, especially if you're supplying the keywords for ads you want shown on your site.
