Ads changing for the worse..

    Hi all,

I'm using Adsense since 2 months and noticed lately that the ads are getting 'off topic' from the niche i'm focussing on. I haven't changed my keywords in my HTML but all of a sudden i get ads promoting Metal and Rock music instead of Funk and Soul music. Ofcourse my visitors are not going to click Ads that don't match their musical taste. Anyone has an idea why this happens? And is there a way to make sure that just the desired niche will appear in the ads.

Thanks in advance for your answers.

it's probably because there arent as many (or not any) advertisers selling funk and soul stuff..
You might try section targeting and see if that helps.

    FunkEd,

Randy is correct that you can try section targeting, or you can try making each article or post more tight, keyword wise. Either way should help you pull better ads from adsense.

I believe it might be your site's content.. Try changing it around.. or get more keywords
