We have received a mail from google that they have blocked our ads from the urls listed at: www.mydearvalentine.com/valentine/ and send an attachment in mail. But the attachment is wrong thats for some other site (www.health-care-good.com) which is copied from buzzle.com. How can we ask google to send the correct attachment so that we can get the corrections done on our site? Please reply to this post its urgent. As we have only 9 days left.
We are running google ads on our site from many years, but yesterday google sent us mail that the ads have been blocked on our site for a particular section due to some copyright issue, the section had more than 2,000 pages. We checked each and every page and could not find anything major that can violate the copyright rule. They also said that the mail has a copy of complaint but when we checked the attachment (copy) it was for some other violater site health-care-goods.com who copied buzzle.com. Now I cannot understand where the problem is, has google sent us wrong attachment or banned a wrong account? We have sent several mails to google and posted several questions in help forum but got no reply. They have given us only 10 days notice and after that they'll block adsense for our account. Can anybody suggest what should we do in this case?
