Ads being shown - diagnostic tool saying "nay"

My ad is being shown on my computer, which is within the polygon area I specify. Yet when I put keywords that I know work for me into the diagnostic tool, it says the user conducting the search is outside of my designated area. But I'm not. Anyone know any obvious reasons why it's telling me this?

How long have you been using the keyword(s) in question?

They're my usual keywords.....been using them for weeks

Very strange. I can see my ads are getting impressions, and I can see them on my computer, but the diagnostic tool says I'm outside of my own area.

Do you have multiple ads in the ad group? The DT has told me before my ads are not showing...but when I looked closer it was actually telling me that one of my ads (5 in that group) were not showing.

Nope, I only have one ad running. All this makes me wonder if their polygon location placement actually works like it's supposed to.
