    Adbrite works really well with Adsense. my earnings this month alone is currently over $500 dollars. Ill be posting an image of the check on my site in September when they send it out to me.

    I put affiliate banners from programs like Amazon Associates. It pretty works well and you receive commission when products gets ordered and shipped.

    Cpa is better along with adsense. You can put links in your articles to cpa offers and generate leads. Plus adblock cant stop it.

    YOu can use multiples ads such as bidvertiser ,clicksor and some other CPM such as cpx or trafficrevenue
