ads along top banner

    is this against Adsense's T&C?

    having the title ads below and above the banner?

    Its not a banner ad its a image link to one of my pages.

    you are placing ads right next to an image which is against adsense TOS, there should be a clear line between image and the ads. however, even it google doesn;t see it being wrong, i don;t think that will generate you too many clicks as the whole banner and adsense ads LOOK like one big ad banner. remove the link units from there and put only one right above where it says Registrer Here. that way the adsense ad will stand out and will atrract more attention resulting in more clicks
