They all belong to the YesAdvertising family

    Clicksor, Adonion, Paypopup
They recently have started a link shortening service too..

~ There are complaints that their ads have viruses / trojans & redirects

The rates are good although you may have virus/malware issues with the ads.

Their popunders are good. That's the only thing I use them for. But, banners have low rates and malware at times.

AdOnion is a transparent advertising network and we have provided a few options for publishers so they can minimize the risks of malware.

    1) need to approve all ads before they are listed on your website - this option will send the publisher an email for ad approval before they are listed on your publisher site. As a publisher you will be able to review the creatives, then decide if you would like to approve/decline the request. This way as a publisher you can control what gets listed on your website

    2) Disable partner's ads - as AdOnion have partners that send traffic to us and because we don't host these ads we cannot see them and review them. In order to minimize the risks of malware we suggest you to disable partner's ads.

    3) Review ads matched - As a transparent network, you will be able to review all ads from AdOnion's own publishers in the 'Available Campaigns' section of your ad zone. From time to time we encourage publisher to review the ads and see what type of ads are being targeted. If there are any problems with any ads you are also able to block them using the interface.

If you have any questions, feel free to let us know.

    Thanks!

    AdOnion Team
