    reg fee if your are extremely lucky, domain name contains a trademark and adobe can take it from you anytime

    Adobe does have resellers so you can have a legitimate use for it. My problem with it is that it does not sound natural. LearnAdobe.com would be much better and easier to brand so not much IMHO. Good luck with it
