Buying Adobe Illustrator Designer for an Event Poster Banner

    Hi,

    I am in need of a designer who is good with Adobe Illustrator to design an event banner.

    Actual banner size to be designed:
    4016 x 9685 - Original size - Please design in this size.

    I suppose the text images etc will be in vector and DPI of 300 and above? I have a mock-up design to show the designer.

    I am paying about $50 for this banner design. Please PM me with your portfolio of Event Banners & Print Designs. Only looking for QUALITY designers.
