Adobe flash cs4 frame rate problem

    Hello, I use adobe flash cs4 to make a banner. Frame rate looks ok in preview insite flash, once I export it to swf it runs slowly on the browser or flash player.What the problem!Thanks.

    This may be yet another bug in cs4. I still have cs3 (although flash is up to flash cs6 now?) try

    an early version -- flash cs3 or even cs6. AS 3 used in all versions.
