Adobe Dreamweaver help

Hi, I'm trying to build a website for my mothers small business. I have an idea in mind for a home page that can be changed weekly. I want to add some type of "post" section on the home page where any of us can log in on any computer and post new things. Kinda like this site does www.warhammeralliance.com (hehe sorry for the nerdy example). I'm using Adobe Dreamweaver Cs3. Any help is appreciated.

The site you posted is based off of a forum software, my guess is vBulletin based on the skin. I don't think you want a forum, just a way to update things and post news. This can easily be handled with Wordpress (http://wordpress.org). You could code the script yourself, but that would be foolish as Wordpress makes it so much easier.

You can edit the source in Dreamweaver CS3, if you wish, but the software you use to edit the script really doesn't matter.
