Hello everyone, I recently got a bunch of student dvds of adobe cs4 software from school (my classmates were going to trow them away as they have no use for them after installing the software on their machines). They are just the dvds no serial numbers. I wonder if I can sell them somehow? I understand Student licensing software cannot be resold by the end user but I don't have and therefore I won't sell the actual licenses (serial numbers) that were used to install these software... I called Adobe and they told me I can use the actual dvds as back ups and or sell them but it has to be WITHOUT THE LICENSE (you can purchase a student license from adobe but you need to provide a student id). They can be used as 30 day trials of the software if you don't have the license. They also can be used to install upgrade or full version IF you have purchased genuine Serial numbers. The software DVDs are Adobe Master Collection CS4 for Mac. (5 dvds total EACH including original dvd black case). I will take anything for them as I hate to trow them away I currently have 10 available... Thank you guys in advance, please post any ideas that you have, maybe there is a way of sending them back to adobe to be reused?? All I know is a hate to throw away such good piece of software.....
Interesting. Maybe you could contact some design schools, or post some ads on the school websites, etc...offering the software, you'll probably get a few bites as long as the price isn't too high.
