Adnsense CPC, site in english ".us"

    I have a question about AdSense CPC.

    If I have a ".us" website (language English) and I my bank details are setted for Romania, the CPC will be the CPC applied for Romania ads? Will I receive CPC exactly as a Romanian website as my website even if it is in English with ".us" and the majority of visitors are from US?
