    But CPC can also come handy especially if the ads are well targeted.

    Higher income comes from CPC but CPM is good especially for sites that have high traffic.
    Most people don't click ads if they aren't interested. Nevertheless, if the CPM is good, it will help your revenue.

    If I'm right, you want to be an advertiser and not a publisher.
    Well, that's good too. Their main strategy is native ads so I think it can put your ads in the right place
