    These guys are scam once you reach payout you get banned , they just deleted my account .

    maybe they pay low earners but not every one . i feel like selective scam

    We all are publishers since we place ads on ad spaces on our sites.
    I.e we are publishing the ads.
    On the other hand, Advertisers are people or company who pays ad networks for their ads to be shown on different ad spaces.
