Selling AdminVillage - Admin Discussion Forum - Premium Theme

This is a MyBB powered forum that brings admins together to discuss owning a forum. It also had some free services to offer to forum owners in exchange for them posting around the site. The domain name is a great one, and the SEO is all set up to rank for "Admin Forum", which it should in the near future with some backlinking. The theme is a premium theme from audentio and cost me 20$.

The winning bidder will get the domain transfered over namecheap.com and the files sent to their email along with the admin login. I am looking for a quick sale. I will also send you three different colors of advertising banners like the one above as well for free.

Most of the content is 100% unique, but I did merge some of it with an old database from an old admin site that I had. The owner of that site now decided he was not going to pay me the rest of the money, so I used the database on my own site.

You can buy the unbranding from Audentio.com. Other than that no. I am not willing to go 18$. I am firm with the price that I have, sorry.
