Admins/moderators not responding to emails?

    A while ago a member and I had a communication mixup and I was left negative feedback. After it was all squared away he told me he'd do his best to have it removed, however he said that the admin never responded. Can someone help?

    When he was giving the -ve itrader to you, it wasn't a mistake. He did genuinely want to give you a -ve itrader and he did and it stands. Whether you settle the argument later is another question. This is a valid -ve itrader.

    We also don't respond to every email we get off the forum. If you can find your answer by searching, we assume you're reasonably intelligent enough to do that and leave you to it.
