Very nice design. Could do without that ad on top of the forums though. (one banner on the top right is enough). I don't own a forum anymore but this is a very nice idea. I didn't look but a section for people to exchange posts (posting 10 posts on your exchangers forum in return for the same) for those with new forums would be a good idea and a boost to your forum if people see something like this.
After Google's recent PageRank update I am happy to say that we went from no PageRank to a PR3 and we have been around only for 6-7 months. So I find that a big accomplishment for us. Just when I was slowly loosing motivation this gave me another reason to continue. Thanks to everyone that has helped us, be sure to tell everyone about AdminBB! http://adminbb.org
