I am looking for a custom designed admin template. Need a login page and then the dashboard with various elements. Has to be custom coded. No copying from other templates. All graphics have to be custom made. Will require psd and fully html, css coded site (all w3c valid). when designing and coding please make it so that it is easy to add more colour schemes to it. Design will be used in a piece a web based software that I will be releasing soon. Pay will be AFTER job is complete and I have all the files. Sorry but I have been ripped off too often.
