Parcel Team Leader The parcel team leader is responsible for managing the parcel team & completing posting parcels. Pay for this job is not fixed, but comes at a 3¢ per post completed on parcels rate. The loyalty bonus also applies. Parcel Team (2) The parcel team is responsible for completing parcels in an efficient and timely manner. Pay rate is the same as it is for the Parcel Team Leader. Assessment Team Leader The assessment team leader is responsible for managing the assessment team and completing assessments. Pay rate is 50¢ per review completed. The loyalty bonus also applies. Assessment Team (2) The assessment team are responsible for completing assessments in a timely and efficient manner. Pay rate is the same as it is for the Assessment Team Leader.
