    It is the perfect website for any of you that are looking to start up an admin blog. The site runs with Wordpress, and has two unique long articles written by me that are sure to be great link bait for the search engines. The site is indexed and just needs some SEO love to rank for good keywords.

    The theme that comes with the site is a premium theme from themeforest.net. The original theme can be located here: http://themeforest.net/item/dispatch-wordpress-theme/408817 You will not get the original theme files, but you will get the theme when you buy this blog.

    The domain is registered with namecheap.com and will come with a free push. You will also get the files sent to you via email. Remember, the theme it self is worth 30$, as I paid 35$ for it.

    The site is fairly new, so assume little to no revenue and traffic.
