I have never tried AdLogger but many webmasters use it (there are many on dp) and I doubt adsense has any problem with it coz I have never seen anyone banned because of adlogger, so I guess it is ok to use.
Of course, the best option is to ask Google yourself. AdLogger is Google compliant and has not malicious code, however it's a good idea to download it from adlogger.org to make sure it had not been altered. I remember I saw somewhere few days ago a download page of a "tuned edition" of AdLogger, it's best to ignore such options, download directly from the official website.
