Adlink near real link, break TOS?

here is for example, above is real link from a website, and the bottom is adsense adlink





what do you think, is there break tos or not???

 

I don't think it is not breaking tos. The upper on is dark blue and lower ad colour is light blue. It is not a problem. Anyway ask the google adsense support team

It seems ok to me as there is a reasonable distance between the two, plus i can clearly distinguish that one is not like the other.

Looks fine to me.

If you try to use the same colour on your google links as real links on your page, google picks up on it and changes the colour slightly

But im sure you can see that for yourself.. major colour difference.

 

nope its not breaking TOS.... ads are in different colors...
