AdKeeper is a new advertising network that launched yesterday. It's a CPM-based ad banner network that places a small "K" icon in the bottom corner of their ads. When a visitor clicks on the "K" icon, it keeps the ad for later viewing. Meanwhile, the visitor can continue reading the webpage they are on. Later on, the visitor can log into their AdKeeper account to view all the ads they kept, and view additional details and offers, and click on the ads. They can also rate the ads, and even share them on Facebook and Twitter. AdKeeper has a lot of big heavyweights behind them, including names like New York Times, Yahoo, Huffiington Post, Ford, General Mills, Pepsi, Sears, and more. Right now, advertisers can sign up with AdKeeper and get free ads until July 2011. Although I bet only large advertisers will be considered. And right now, publishers can not sign up. AdKeeper seems to have an initial network of publishers they're working with. You can see a video of AdKeeper in action in an article I wrote here... http://www.inyourweb.com/2010/10/adkeeper-launches-advertising-network.html
