Adjusting Lighting in your Room to Make it Easy on your Eyes

    How do you have your lighting set up to make it easy on your eyes when using your computer? I like to be facing the light source and have no light source behind me. Natural light from a window that diffuses the light is ideal.

    My computer screen is already bright enough :)

    With the light source behind you do you not see the light reflected in your screen and does that not hurt your eyes?

    well im with you websiteideas,
    natural light i think is the best.. natural.. what else.
    and i really dont like source light behind me... near my monitor is a nice place

    True, illumination is very serious topic to be considered while working at the computer, or at the desk generally.
