It's a requirement from most ad and affiliate networks for you to send a W-8 or W-9 form to them. I wouldn't worry to much as you don't really give you tax information or your earnings. It's just used so that they can do their finances at the end of each financial year.

US companies are required by the IRS to file a 1099-MISC tax form at then end of the year for each affiliate that they have sent over $600 in commission. A W-9 for US residents, or W-8 for foreign residents allows the company to keep record of the name, address, and TIN for this purpose.

    Thanks much for answers, mates.
    To sellingonline quota:
In my opinion online earnig is slippery thing. Never know when you cross that line which stands in between legal and not legal things, even without own wish to do that, and if looks we have nothing to hide. ('Thanks' to huge and confusing 'terms and conditions' section in any advertising or any kind of program.)
    .........
Dont like to sign all these papers :(

believe me it's still not as complicated as offline business ;) be happy with just a few forms and then nothing else and imagine you would have to send out invoices as letters every day answer real letter etc. - be happy with your online business ;)
