I have worked on enterprise level websites, EMR systems and high performance applications in a business critical environment. From what i understand of your requirements, you need a complete advertiser-publisher system with URL shortening and interstitial pages where the ads will be shown. I have thoroughly gone through Adf.ly to analyze your business requirements. I understand this is a very critical system and best coding practices will be followed with emphasis on security and maintainability using an MVC Framework. Choice of technology is not an issue. I personally prefer either PHP(MVC Framework) or Ruby on Rails (natively MVC) To gain an insight into the costing required for this project, i will need to make a detailed use case estimation and effort estimate (in hours) for this project. Everything you said is great I like the way you laid everything out the cost, what you will need up front (please people post your offers like this or close to) etc. the only thing that worries me is your low post count, new join date, and 1 itrader, does your firm have a official site or something anything that you can add to put my mind at ease, This will be the only thing that will hold me back from doing business with you but I do understand how everyone has to start somewhere I'm referring to your join date/post count/itrader Not your experience.
