i have a good domain: http://www.adsensepublish.com/ , i want to gather the good articles, skills on adsense. at the same time i want to provide a space for adsense lover to dicuss. what should i do about this site? using cms, blog, or forum?
I would go for a basic CMS. It most definately needs a forum but it also needs an articles and submissions page as well. There may be a need for a code share on it as well. So CMS is my advice
