Adense Keywords and getting a better CTR or higher pay per click

I wrote an Adroid application and I use adsense for mobile.

Here is my problem:

My app is about widgets.
I put in 10 keywords about widgets but most of the ads that are displaying show coffee products.

Any suggestions on what I should do? Do I just go for keywords like high CPC like insurance or maybe just target other android apps keywords (Android,Games,Texting...) or something else.

If I do target Insurance and I sell widgets, is this against Adsense rules? Will I get paid less per click?

I get around 7000 impressions per day and a 0.65% CTR. My app has been up for 1 month so far.

Thanks for replying. It does not show on the website. Its an App for the Droid Phone. I dont have a website.

 

Tried, mobile ad network ? like MobGold or Admob before ?
