Adengage support sucks!

It was lightening fast until i added their ad code in my site. Currently my site stats and number of clicks is not getting updated in my account control panel though I'm receiving few clicks and 1000+ impressions daily.

I raised this matter to their support twice and still awaiting for their response. If anyone here in DP is using Adengage please share us your experience with Adengage and the possible revenue details.

I've sent three emails to AdEngage support several months ago. Two times they reply the next day, and the other time was two days after. But currently I've removed almost all AdEngage Ads because their CPC is very low now. On previous months the CPC was usually $0.04 but for example today I got only $0.08 for 12 clicks (CPC of $0.006).

Youa re getting paid low amounts because you get 75% of what an advertiser paid for the click. If you have a look at their Run of Network ads they are as cheap as 1c, which means for those clicks you are making under a cent a click.

I can't comment on their support as I have never emailed them but I am very familiar with their offering and how their payouts work.

It does semm like something is wrong with their stats though.

Yes, their stats are very buggy lately. Example for one site:
    - day X: $0.16 with 11 clicks, thats a $0.015 CPC on average
    - day X+1: $6.88 with 9 clicks, $0.764 average CPC
    - day X+2: $0.20 with 11 clicks, $0.018 average CPC

I would send an urgent email to support asking them to explain because I would say there is a reason.

Like I said remember clicks are purchased at different amounts and you do get 75% of the commission.

you can buy RON ads from .075¢ to 9.4¢,so minus their 25% cut...
i did get one click for .004¢ though.
i don't know how you got .764¢ a click avg. unless the direct ads are added into that.

your .018¢ is better then what i'm getting (0¢).
clicks on the dashboard have increased, but still at $0 for today.
i have sent an email.any time that i have sent them an email i got a reply the next day or the day after.

Currently it is showing as 10 clicks with $0 in my dashboard. Adengage is a good choice for advertisers where they can get 1000s of impressions at a cheap rate. IMO

I'll leave their ad for around 2 more weeks and see how they perform before removing it from my site.

No, direct ads are not included. It's a bug on reports. Last month I saw a similar error, and was fixed two weeks later (before payment).

Probably that's because the GeoTargetting prices. Clicks on some countries are cheaper than others.
You can see CPC prices per country on this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=3290022

That's what I have been saying.. you get paid 75% of what the ADVERTISER PAYS FOR THE CLICK. If they are geo-targeting to one of those cheap countries (India, Turkey, Vietnam etc), then you will make under 1c per click.

    thats what i explained. :p
.75¢ is the lowest you can pay (1000 clicks for the low cost countries).
    .75¢ x 75% = .5625¢ not .04¢.i got cheated out of .1625¢ :D

finally! i got a reply from Adengage.

I have a strange feeling that Adengage is updating us made up stats manually. I can't believe my eyes when they told me that they have checked my account and found only 6 valid clicks (because i emailed them) and 0 clicks for the past week (totals $0.16). I used to get 45 clicks with Adbrite with less traffic back in time when i tested it. Can anyone recommend me a good alternative to Adengage ? I am currently having around 250 uniques a day with an avg of 1000 daily page views.

I personally have had very good experiences with Adengage. I had to email support a few times and they always got back to me within 24 hours or so. And if you are not getting a lot of clicks with them, I suggest taking a look at their top sites and their ad placements. You can do so much that you can't do with Adsense etc. Check out some of their top sites and you will see how much you can do to make your ads get more clicks. I also suggest tweaking all the information you give on your site in their directory to draw more attention to your site as well. I tweaked mine until I found what description etc. worked best to draw everyone to purchase ads on my site....

    Alleluia!

Someone actually understands that your success with Adengage (like AdToll) is dependent on how well you market your available ad space. Good ad placement means better results, means more enticing stats to encourage advertisers means MORE MONEY MADE!!

I have been trying to drill this into the heads of Publishers for awhile.... thank god there is someone out there who gets it!

I actually have a whole section dedicated to this in our FAQ might be worth reading. It's about half way down the page - http://www.adtoll.com/publishers.php

Sorry I know that's a bit off topic but it's some good info A LOT of publishers need to understand and use.
