    My Adengage is only showing enlarge p3nis ads. Is there a way to stop it and show some decent network ads?

    Goto the edit your site link and make sure you checked "Pharmacuticals", "Medical", and "Condoms & Sexual Health". And if you don't want adult ads make sure adult is unchecked.
