AdEngage.com - Earnings are disapearing

    Hi,

Please tell me what adengage.com tactic is...

I registered in this program 23th April.

First two days were not resultative, just some cents. But third (25th of April) day I got 26 clicks with 0.33 per click and for that day it was more than 8$

After that 26th of April, I got 16 clicks and there were more than 4$

Today, 27th of April, I open my adengage.com account and see strange earnings disappearing! For the 25th day of April instead of 8$ now I see 1$; and 26th days earnings instead of 4$ I see 0.5$...

All cost per click felt down till 0.03-0.04$ per click. Stats changed!

How to understand such thing happening? Any ideas?

I emailed support, but I don't think I'll get answer from them..

Strange situation, strange company, strange earnings stats - dynamic earning stats  ?

Can I more trust this company ? Is it possible to earn more than 0.05$ per one click with this company using Network Ads ?

Thanks for info, I am confused...

The answer is quite simple... the stats were wrong. If you read about their program you will learn that they pay publishers 75% commission.

If you the look at the pricing structure of their run of network ads you will quickly see it just not possible to get a click payout of 33c. I think the highest someone pays for a click with their RON ads is about 8c which means max you can make per click is 6c.

Obviously they have had an issue and have corrected it.... nothing more.

To answer your last question... it is but not much more. The max you will earn per click is 75% of their highest pricing structure which is around 8 or 9c.

Remember this is not a contextual network and advetisers do not bid for placings.... its a non-contextual network where advertisers purchase bundles of clicks at a fixed price, which are relatively cheap.

The main thing I was interested to, why my earning disapeared.

Now it means that here was their statistic error, and they showed too big cost per click.

So, why people are using this program if maximum cpc is 0.06$ ?

With adbrite we can also sell linkgs, and adbrite have much expensive Ads in Network?

What are advantages of this program ?

All these questions are documented and provided for you on their site.

The RON ads are sold on a cost per click basis.

The Sponsored Ads are fixed price ads where you set the price. For example if you say its $100 a week to advertise on your site then thats what an advertiser would pay.

So if someone booked an ad for a week you would get $75 from it; 75% commission.

    Understand?

Yes I understand this very good, but I asked why people are using adengage.com, because mostly there clicks are selling for 0.01$ or 0.04$, it is very cheap...

And just looked, that biggest repurchase rate have sites there, who are selling for 1-3 cent.. Normal sites with more than 0.1$ cpc have nothing to do there I guess...

    Anyway thanks for info

We have a few click around 1.20USD each but when i logged in a few days later the clicks were reduced to 0.042 cent or something like that. I think i'll drop them b/c the google ads are paying a lot more but i need paypal support :/

I've used them for a while, noticed my earnings going down too.. It always seems to happen just before reaching the payout level.

    i won´t trust adengage!
as soon as i reached 100$ they sayed the page is not good enough for them (not enough content)
after a couple of emails the excepted the page if i lower the price. well i that case adengage was really good, not like adbrite if you send them an email you can wait month...
anyway after the next 100$ they banned for "invalid clicks".
i write a few emails again but after the last "I have forwarded this information to our fraud department for further
evaluations" i never get an answer again...

well 0,03 cpc is good - adbrite only make 0,015, anyway depends on the page...

Several days ago I noted strange values on their stats and send this email to AdEngage Team:

Hi, I've noticed yesterday and today a greater CPC for RON clicks. Usually their CPC was $0.04. but yesterday was $0.23 and today is 'till now $0.15. Are correct these values ?. If yes, I'm going to add AdEngage Ads on many more pages on my site....

I got this replay the following day:

... I wish it were true, but no our average payout has not increased 10 times over night. While the payouts are increasing over time, something that drastic is unfortunately a bug. We are working to get this solved, and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. ...

Maybe they shouldn't be running a live site if their software has known bugs witch cause higher payouts.
