I already paid the known network for ads, and they appear to be down at this point, I don't know what is happening over there, but it's seeming that the server they have is bad or the service is bad, or what is happening over there they don't even inform members that the service they are offering are down or respect them at least. This has happened to them before, but now I don't know what is happening, is it dos attack or server down, or they upgrade or what is happening. I hope they have better explanation, or they should refund for members because they pay for week or 2 weeks not for click, and some pay for clicks. Tell me what you think of that and what shall we do about it, there is alternatives but not offering same service, I guess no one accept PayPal funds from balance and some other requesting to confirm address and credit card to confirm address, I mean come on it's the only way to use my PayPal funds over there, personally I say that, but some others users use Facebook advertising and Adwords or Adtoll I guess, But what is the good alternative that I can use, that don't have to lot of policy and not providing them with much of documents, and I should have credit card. Well, even so I have credit card, I don't want to use it on advertising as long I have already funds in PayPal so what is the best way to make marketing and adverting for sites over PayPal funds and balance that I already have.
