    hi

does anyone know if adengage & adbrite still show ads even if someone does not directly buy ad's on your site

and if so, are these rates decent?

    thanks

They both show ads even if you don't have any purchases. Adbrite has a higher average cost per click but adengage is easier to sell ad space with less traffic. I suggest adbrite if you have a lot of traffic though.

Yes they both show ads. It's called Run of Network (RON) ads.

You also might want to check out AdToll. I've recently signed up with them. They're a lot like Adenage.

Not trying to be off-topic but I just cancelled my Adbrite account because of a similar problem. Poor quality response indeed.

That is either because your tags were bad or you turned off auto approve network ads.

Umm. Yes they can. I see mine every time I do a check up on my site. But currently they have a glitch in their system that is making the ads not show up. They are working on fixing it.

If you have an ad blocker or a firewall like Norton Internet Security that could be why you don't see them.

Adengage is far better than adbrite especially if you have at least 1,000 pv/day

We did ok with Adengage, I prefer to buy Ad's with Adengage as they use PayPal for payment of ad's, I prefer AVNads for Publishing on my (adult) sites as they (for us) have a higher PPC.
