AddThis javascript button & Adsense

I'm working on a new site, and noticed that the Addthis javascript button (from www.addthis.com) overlaps my Adsense ad when hovered over. Unfortunately, Addthis either drops up or drops down, depending on how close it is to the top of the browser, so I have no control over what it does. Is this against Adsense's TOS?

I'd hate to have to use the HTML version, which forwards you to a new page if you click the bookmark button, but I'll do it if I have to...

It's on Wordpress - both the Adsense ad and Addthis button are header elements, and I can't really put either of them anywhere else, since the ad is a 728x90. I guess I could try to put it on the sidebar, but that won't really be effective. Either that, or at the end of each article.

You can try to place Addthis code somewhere diffirent from now, and make sure when mouseover, this open dropdown will not hide anything else

I dont think its against adsense TOS.
Its only overlapping on mouseover, not all the time...
