adds not showing up

    Im using PHP and its not working.. i copyed and pasted everything properly from the setup page. My site is all in PHP so the problem is not that my site doesnt support PHP since its all in PHP...

    the adds arent on customtailoredsolutions/links.php

    ..but they should be
