Adds not showing on the pages?? and not validating?

Hi Just setup a new account and the adds are not showing on the page?

The text file is getting info from your servers

but if i put the full path to the php file i am not getting any adds ether

It shuld show the adds? but the page is blank

All Adds are on html pages btw

 

yes and the htaccess is also done so not sure what is going on? the only thing i have done differant on this site is put 5 adds on the page???
