Address and Account Name should be made same with bank account ?

    Dear masters,

    1. Should address and account name same with bank account where to withdraw ? Or just account name ?

    2. My friend has limitation trouble because the buyer sent him unclean pp to pay his service, the buyer has closed his self paypal.

    Can this limitation lifted ?

    3. Can he open new account with his name again because one person may have two accounts in the same address.

    1. Just account name needs to be same in paypal and bank account.

    2. Your friend needs to call paypal and let them know of everything related to that limitation problem.

    3. Yes. Paypal allowed 2 accounts (personal and premier or business) per person.

    you can use with any name , any address when you add virtual bank to paypal

    Yes,If he has personal account, Then he can open a new premier/business account.
    If he has premier/business account, Then he can open a new personal account.

    1. Only Name should be same.

    2. Just Email or call up paypal , tell your reasons of getting Payapl limited , ur issues will be solved

    3. why do he wants to cr8 a new id , when old 1 can be brought back , anyways as stated above , u can cr8 2 a/c i.e personal n premier
