www.dataentryhelp.com is my main domain under lunarpages basic hosting plan. I have hosted here 28 another domains.
www.quantity-takeoff.com is a domain. When I search in Google with "qto sheets" its appearing like "http://www.dataentryhelp.com/quantity-takeoff/qto-Tutorials.htm", where "quantity-takeoff/qto-Tutorials.htm" should appeared.

I have assign a robots.txt also but no solution found. Please suggest how to fix this error.

    Thank you

You have done the correct thing by adding the robots.txt file.

Now you need to register for a Google Webmaster Tools account and then request that those URL's are removed from Google's index.

it only means that the other domain is more popular than the one that you want to rank... i suggest to target that kw of yours on your desired domain and gather more links on it..

That's another case I saw about two different sites hosted on a server but Google was able to indexed the content and show it on a domain that the content should not belong. Fix the permissions and other set up on your server to prevent Google indexing the wrong content for a site...
