Addition to a WYSIWYG editor

I have a custom wysiwyg editor but the programmer had it where to add images you needed to link to another image that was already online. I want users to be able to upload their own images into the wysiwyg editor.

Let me know how much you'll charge for this. I would like to have this done today.
